The Lakers will be short-handed…again. Kobe Bryant is sitting out a second consecutive game because of a sprained left ankle and Andrew Bynum will be sidelined tonight because of a bruised right hip, leaving the Lakers without two starters against San Antonio. Bryant sat out the Lakers’ 99-82 victory Saturday over Portland, and Bynum missed the second half of that game after feeling hip pain.
